Karnataka Government has launched an online portal “Bhoomi Karnataka RTC” to manage land records with the help of the land monitoring cell. Through the Bhoomi Karnataka portal, citizens of Karnataka submit or withdraw documents related to their lands laying across the Karnataka state. Also through the implementation of this Bhoomi Karnataka, citizens will be able to scan the amount of land they own in Karnataka state.

The Bhoomi RTC portal has been launched with the help of the Land Reforms Department Karnataka. It has digitized all the information’s like Record of Rights, Tenancy, and Crop Information. This portal is mainly dedicated to providing information on land records sitting at home to all the citizens of the state. Now the residents of  Karnataka will not be bound to visit the Government offices of the state.

Bhoomi Karnataka Portal Registration Procedure

To avail Bhoomi Portal services you have to first register yourself on the portal. The  process o registration is given below:

  1. First, visit the official website i.e https://www.landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/service4/
  2. Here the homepage, you have to click on the ‘Login’ section for citizen registration.
  3. A new page will open as shown below:Bhoom-Karnataka-RTC-Mutation-Report
  4. Here you need to enter your personal details i.e your name, Aadhaar number, and mobile number.
  5. Now click on Verify. For verification of your mobile number, an OTP will come on your registered mobile number. You have to enter the OTP to Complete Registration.

Through this process, your registration will be completed. Now you can log in through your name and mobile number.

Bhoomi Karnataka Online Land Registration-

There are a few steps involved in registration of your land on Bhoomi Karnataka Portal

  • The applicant must first purchase stamp paper and keep all the required documents need be submitted to the Sub-Registrar in charge of that particular jurisdiction
  • Now your documents will be examined by the Sub-Registrar after that you need to pay a fee for the land registration. You will receive a receipt for the same.
  • The photo of you will be taken on the spot.
  • You will need a verbal consent between the buyer and seller along with the witness.
  • Now the document is registered and a unique registration number will be allotted to you.
  • After the completion of the land registration process, the rural land sale information is passed on to the Patwari for adding the entries in the Jamabandi register, which is the Record of Rights.
