The government of Andhra Pradesh initiated an online portal called “Mee Bhoomi” (Called “Your Land” in English) in order to provide transparent services and to make an easy way to download and print their 1 B documents online. Through this initiation of government, they had given access for the public to view details of their village Adangals and land records online from their home without approaching any government office.

The land records of the Andhra Pradesh will be available on the portal  Mee Bhoomi. This portal has been designed and developed by the concerned authorities of Andhra Pradesh so that all of the people can review their land records by just sitting at their houses.

What is Adangal?

Adangal is maintained by the village administration, to keep all the details of the land, including the type of land, nature, liabilities and other official information in a separate

What is a 1-B document?

1-B document is also known as ROR, it is an extract of land record which is held by the Revenue Department of the respective state. Earlier a register was maintained to list land records for every village separately. Now, all the processes are digital so, you can download it online for official purposes.

How to view and download Adangal?

Follow these steps to  view and download your Adangal online:

  • Now you will see two options i.e view your personal Adangal, as well as Village Adangal. Choose any one of them. The demo is shown below:

  • You can search land records on the basis of four criteria i.e:
    • survey number,
    • account number,
    • Aadhaar number
    • automation records.
  • Fill the required details such as district, zone, village name, etc.
  • Now enter the captcha and submit.

How to view and download the 1-B document?

  • Now you will see two options i.e view your personal 1-B as well as Village 1-B. Choose any one of them. The demo is shown below:

  • You can search land records on the basis of four criteria i.e
    • survey number,
    • account number,
    • Aadhaar number
    • automation records.
  • Fill the required details such as district, zone, village name, etc.

Check Village Map:

  • Firstly open Mee Bhoomi Andhra Official Website i.e https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/
  • Now you have to select “Village Map” from the Top Menu Bar.
  • Now a new page will open as shown below:

  • Now enter the Captcha and submit it

Download your Passbook:

Let’s see the process of downloading passbook from Mee Bhoomi Official Website-

  1. Firstly open Mee Bhoomi Andhra Official Website i.e https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/
  2. Now you have to select “Electronic Passbook” from the top Menu Bar
  3. Now a new page will open as shown belowMee-Bhoomi-Andhra-Pradesh
  4. Now select any one option i.e Account Number or Aadhar
  5. Now enter the following details i.e District, Village and Mandal Name
  6. Now fill the Account or Aadhar Number as per your selection
  7. Now enter Your Mobile Number
  8. Now enter the Captcha and submit it
  9. You can now download the Electronic Passbook.

How to check your Aadhar is linked to your Account Number or not?

  1. Firstly, visit the official website of Mee Bhoomi Andhra Official at https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/
  2. Now select “Aadhar and Other Identities” from the top Menu Bar
  3. Now click on Aadhar Linking from the Drop Down Menu

  5. Now select any one option i.e  Account Number or Aadhar number.
  6. Now enter the following details i.e District, Village and Mandal Name
  7. Now fill the Account or Aadhar Number as per your  selection
  8. Now enter the Captcha and submit it.
  9. Now you can see whether you Aadhar linked with your account or not.

What if your Aadhar is not linked to your account?

If your Aadhar is not linked with your account, but still you can  upload the other documents and the process is a shown below

  • Visit the official website i.e https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/
  • On the web homepage, select  “Aadhar and Other Identities” from the menu bar.
  • Now select “Mobile Number Linking, based on Identity Documents” from the drop-down menu.
  • It will open a new page as shown below:

  • Now enter the following details i.e your District, Mandal and Village
  • Then enter You Account Number and the Captcha Code
  • After this, click on the ‘Get Details’ button and upload your required documents.
  • Note your documents must be in PDF format and your photo uploads should be in JPEG Format only.

Check the status of your Aadhar Linking Process-

  • Firstly open the official website i.e https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/
  • Now select “Aadhar & Other Identities” from the top menu bar.
  • Then select “Aadhar Request Status” from the drop-down menu.
  • Now enter the following details i.e District Name and Complaint Number as shown below:

  • Now click on Submit and you can see the status of the Aadhar Linkage process.
